Corn bread - Kukuruzni hljeb


Potrebno:

250 gr bijelog brasna
250 gr kukuruznog brasna (moze i palenta)
2 velike kasike maslinovog ulja
3 jaja
125 ml jogurta
1 pecena paprika (oljustena i ociscena od sjemenki)
10 maslina isjeckanih 
kasicica sode bikarbone (moze i prasak za pecivo)
mozete staviti po kasicicu svih zacina koje volite
ja sam stavila ruzmarin, basil, dill, origano, persun, suvi vlasac, biber i vegetu


Priprema:

Umutite jaja, jogurt, ulje, zatim dodajte bijelo brasno, a potom i kukuruzno i sve ostalo. Staviti u zagrijanu rernu na 200 stepeni oko pola sata. Kad porumeni gotovo je. Uvjek provjeriti!
Sluziti toplo uz solju jogurta ili bilo sta drugo

Vrlo ukusno! Nestao je za 20 minuta nakon sto sam izvadila iz rerne :)



Ingredients:

250 gr of whole wheat flour
250 gr of corn meal
2 tbs of olive oil
3 eggs
125 ml of yogurt
1 roasted pepper ( pealed and cleaned from seeds)
10 olives cut
1 tsp of baking soda or baking powder
and then teaspoon each of all the herbs and spices you like
I put rosemary, dill, basil, chives, oregano, pepper and vegeta (dry vegetables) if you don't have vegeta add salt to taste.

Directions:

Mix eggs, yogurt and oil. Add whole wheat flour, then corn meal, and then everything else. Put in preheated oven on 400 F for about 30 min. When it has golden brown color should be ready. Check!
Serve worm with cup of greek style yogurt or you can eat it with anything you like.

Danas je mojoj cerki bio zadnji dan u predskolskom, pa sam iznenadila nju i njen razred sa tortom :)))))))

Today was the last day of kindergarten for my daughter, so I suprised the class with the cake :)

Klasicni slodoled od jagoda njam njam njam :)

Domace jagode i to iz mog vrta njami njami :) i skontam da bi najbolje bilo da ih iskoristim za sladoled. Definitivno nisam pogrijesila :))))))))))))))))



Potrebno:

500 ml slatke pavlake
150 ml mlijeka
100 gr secera
600 gr jagoda

Priprema:
Stavite secer u mlijeko i dobro promijesajte da se secer istopi. Jagode izgnjeciti, ali odvojite nekoliko da ih isjeckate. Slatku pavlaku izmutite, a potom u nju sjedinite sve ostalo. Staviti u zamrzivac na nekoliko sati ili preko noci. Uzivajte :)))))

Ingredients:

500 ml whipping cream
150 ml milk
100 gr sugar
600 gr strawberries

Directions:

Put sugar into milk and mix it until the sugar completely melts. Mesh the strawberries but leave few to cut them in small pieces. In a large bowl mix the whipping cream and then mix everything together. Leave it in a freezer for few hours or over night. Enjoy :)
